We built Pluck with transparent pricing. You pay for what you need.
Our plans are built around two models. Monthly subscriptions come with a credit allowance that reflects the scale of your operation. Pay as you go credits let you start free and add more when you need them. Both options let you top up anytime, and any credits you purchase never expire.
FAQs
What is a credit?
Every action Pluck takes on your behalf uses credits, whether that's answering a customer question, sending an email campaign, or handling a booking. One credit covers up to 10 email recipients or one short conversation.
How do monthly credits work?
Every paid plan comes with a monthly credit allowance. You decide what Pluck focuses on and only pay for what you need. Your allowance resets each month.
What if I need more credits?
Buy a top-up pack anytime from your billing center. Purchased credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance. The more you buy, the better the rate.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
Monthly credits reset at the end of each cycle. If you regularly run out before the month ends, it may be worth upgrading your plan.
How do Starter credits work?
You get 5,000 credits once and they're yours to keep until you use them.
Can I set my account to refill automatically?
Yes. Once you have a credit card on file, enable auto-charge in your billing center and your account refills automatically when your balance runs low. You choose which top-up pack to use.
Are there any other fees?
Yes. Pluck charges a 1.5% transaction fee for card payments and 0.5% for ACH and invoices. These fees apply to payments processed through your Pluck billing agent and are separate from your credit allowance.
